Hershel was recently diagnosed with tongue cancer and shares, “Tongue cancer has really make me realize that I need people now more than I did before. I have been a widow for 16 years and have always done for myself and others. Now that I need assistance, it is hard, but has made me realize that I do need people. I have enjoyed connecting with loved ones in different way and learning how to accept versus give.”
